The fourth package aims to synthesize and strengthen the usability of the results of the DISCONNECT project through:

•   Gathering and evaluating existing data from international and national public health research, policies, and practices;

•   Involving representatives from the target groups in the project’s research activities to obtain current and pertinent data;

•   Fostering collaboration and interaction between the academic research sector and policymakers;

•   Integrating knowledge from other work packages.

The ultimate objective of this package is to provide key conclusions essential for further research and practical applications in the form of Public Health Policy Recommendations.
