The primary goal of the first package is to conduct the first Slovak longitudinal epidemiological study on social disconnection, using a representative sample of more than 3,000 people with a 12-month follow-up.
The plan is to identify risk and protective factors of social disconnection with a specific focus on the following:
• Socio-demographic and economic characteristics—identifying the most at-risk groups in the population;
• Psychopathology (depression, anxiety, psychotic symptoms, substance use);
• Health indicators (chronic diseases, lifestyle, etc.).
